Thirst First came to us looking for a website which would act as a successful marketing tool to drive sales for their business. They also wanted to make themselves known as a reliable, local company serving Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Surrey. Their previous site did not feature a product catalogue, therefore they wanted this included in the new site to provide their customers with much more detail about their products.
When designing the new website, our team made sure that it included plenty of ‘calls to action’ to encourage visitors to enquire about products. This is evident in the ‘enquire now’ buttons and ‘request a call back’ forms featured throughout the site. The main telephone number and email address is clearly at the top right hand corner of each page to make contacting the company as easy a possible. Each product page within the catalogue has a detailed description and clear images so that the client knows exactly what they are purchasing. These pages also have a quick contact form so that it is quick and easy for visitors to enquire about a product. The homepage slider is the first image that visitors see when reaching the website. Knowing this, we used this area to emphasise that Thirst First are ‘Dorset’s leading water supplier’. This space is also used to promote the company’s latest promotions to further drive sales.
The new website has increased the number of sales that Thirst First receives each month. Their new product catalogue has also driven many enquiries that have then been converted into sales by the team. We are still working with Thirst First on a Pay Per Click campaign which is monitored and adjusted regularly by our marketing team to generate website clicks and sales leads.
