Affinity Training came to Bespoke looking for a new website which could act as a successful marketing tool, showcasing all of their high quality care training courses. The website needed to emphasise the huge range of courses on offer, which cover the whole care sector. The new website had to have a more modern and professional feel so that the company is portrayed as trustworthy and reliable. They also required an area within the website which could be used for visitors to communicate and share thoughts on the courses and care related topics.
Our team decided that a product catalogue was essential for the new website in order to display products clearly. Our integrated CMS also allows the team at Affinity Training to easily change course objectives and add additional courses. Each course page also clearly displays course aims and objectives as well as a handout which can be downloaded; this encourages visitors to book as it is clear what the course covers. A ‘Care Community’ page was designed and developed to be used as a forum for visitors. This allows visitors to register and post about care related topics or courses as well as being able to comment on other people’s posts.
Since the launch of their new product catalogue website, Affinity Training have seen a huge increase in the number of course enquiries. Their online presence has been greatly improved by the use of our social media and SEO services. They now have a great organic search ranking which results in increased business.
