As the UK’s largest distributor of individual and wholesale challenge coins, World Challenge Coins came to us needing to rejuvenate their website to make finding and buying their products easier. With thousands of different coins available, they needed an e-commerce site that combined a modern sleek design with a simple, step-by-step order process to improve their user experience.

Solution for WCC

This new website was designed to promote a variety of different coins across the homepage and emphasise best sellers, limited edition coins and box sets without making the page too large. Our team ensured the high quality images of the coins were placed in prominent positions to advertise the range of customisable products available to customers at first contact. We also developed a quick contact form to float on the right side of the page to give users the option to contact the business directly with specific requests or questions as a large number of their enquiries are for big or custom orders.

With a responsive build, this new site looks impressive across desktop, tablet and mobile to guarantee any user a fast purchase process and efficient navigation regardless of platform. The website regularly undergoes testing and additional development to provide users with an improved and more engaging experience. The 'Deal of The Week' countdown timer has greatly increased sales of targeted products by adding urgency to the buying process. Third party integrations include Zopim live chat, Facebook widgets, PaymentSense shopping gateway and invoice portal, Mailchimp subscriber lists, eKomi Customer Reviews plus Google Ecommerce Analytics to help determine user activity before and during the sales process.

Since its launch, World Challenge Coins have seen an uplift in their organic search traffic thanks to keyword optimisation implemented when creating the site, giving them improved online visibility and an increase in product purchases.
