Swain & Rands are a team of double glazing and home improvements specialists based in Bournemouth, Dorset. They came to us in the summer of 2015 to improve the look and navigation of their website, increase their online visibility and also generate new leads to convert into sales.
We designed and built a brand-new CMS website with the focus on imagery and driving new enquiries. We used large and bright images from their portfolio across the website to inspire potential customers and encourage them to make an enquiry. Contact forms were placed around the site, including on the homepage and the internal pages, as well as on the dedicated Contact Us page. This was to ensure customers had the opportunity to get in touch at every point in their journey. The content for the website was carefully written to include their target keywords to aid SEO efforts, we also included a popular news area as well as a case study section.
Since we built the new website for Swain & Rands and started doing a suite of marketing activities including Lead Generation, SEO, PPC and Social Media, we have seen a massive 188% increase in leads and enquiries into the business. Their organic search ranking is improving every month with their top keywords, including conservatories Bournemouth, within the top 3 positions on Google.
