Established in 2007, Classic Fine Foods celebrated its 10th-anniversary last year in 2017; their success in providing high-quality fresh, frozen and pastry products to high-end restaurants and hotels has made them one of the leading food providers in the UK. Now at 11 years in the industry, our client wanted to transform their website to make it more modern and user-friendly. Classic Fine Foods contacted our team to create a bespoke CMS website that would reinvent their brand, they wanted the website to appeal to their current and future clientele.
Our web designers started work immediately after the consultation, so the CMS website could go live on the 15th of March 2018. The client wanted the website refresh to be a new digital start for their brand, so the web and content team ensured that every aspect matched the client’s high standards.
The team created a custom CMS website with multiple product catalogues that were focused on the client’s product line and services. The website follows a simple colour scheme of purple, white, and taupe to create a sophisticated look across all pages. We also added an easy to use search bar at the top of the website, for visitors wanting to look for a specific product - fast!
The product catalogue was created with simplicity in mind; we created three sections: ‘cuisine ingredients’, ‘pastry ingredients’ and ‘retail products’ so customers can easily find and browse what they’re looking for. The pages also include their best sellers and new products, that when you hover over you can get inspiration on what dishes you can use them in.
