Established in 2009, Burley’s Home Care has nearly a decade of success providing exceptional care services across Ringwood, Ferndown, Christchurch, Taunton and Ilminster. Recently voted one of the top home care groups in the UK according to homecare.co.uk, their high-quality care services have helped hundreds of people live comfortably and independently in their own homes across the South. Burley’s Home Care initially contacted Bespoke 4 Business to help with their Social Media Marketing which then led to us developing a complete marketing campaign including SEO, Email Marketing and PPC as well as a brand new website.
After discussing their expectations, our web development team got straight to work designing the new CMS website. We worked quickly and efficiently to get the site live in June 2018 as agreed with the Burley’s team, frequently checking layouts, content and imagery to ensure it stayed true to their brand. The main aim for the new website was to ensure all information about the care services and contact information was easily accessible as well as the job application process being quick and simple.
As the client’s previous website had a lot of written content, we agreed that adding image sliders and banners would make it more visually attractive and welcoming. We also added many more calls to action around the website, including their telephone number, so it was much easier for visitors to get in touch. We drew up a detailed site map with all pages sorted into easy to navigate menus on the navigation bar, making sure the user journey was as efficient as possible.
Carly and Paul Burley are very happy with their new CMS website and the ongoing marketing campaign we are undertaking with them. We are continuing to grow their website each month with fresh new content for Google to crawl as well as driving traffic from Facebook, PPC and Email Marketing.
