New Digital App Improves Healthcare Recruitment Operations

A healthcare recruitment agency in Poole, Dorset has been able to expand its services and streamline its operations thanks to a newly launched website and mobile app designed by Bespoke 4 Business.

WNA Healthcare, part of the WNA Group of Companies, is one of the South’s leading healthcare recruitment agencies, supplying Healthcare Professionals such as Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD), HCA/Support Workers, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Health Science Service and Non-clinical staff to a wide range of Public and Private clients nationwide. Recognising the need to make their operations more efficient and user-friendly, The WNA Group, appointed Poole digital marketing agency Bespoke 4 Business to improve their online offering by designing a new website and mobile app.

Available on both ioS and Android, the app is available free of charge to healthcare professionals registered with WNA and includes a number of features that has made job assignment much more efficient for both WNA staff and the agency workers.

The app enables members to update and share their availability for work, which provides WNA with a real-time pool of staff that are available for work. This has led to assignments being filled much quicker for clients and an increase in agency staff in employment.

“As well as having up-to-date visibility of when agency staff are available, another key feature of the mobile app is the ability for each agency worker to have their own profile where they can not only store contact details, work history and qualifications but important compliance and training records too. They can also view details of their next shift.” remarked Anthony Tilley, Director at Bespoke 4 Business.

“The app also has job search and alert functionality so that the team at WNA can post jobs as and when they come in and members can set up alerts that inform them when a role matching their experience and skill set becomes available, both locally and nationally.”

“Before having the app, our consultants were frequently having to call workers to check their availability. This would take up a large part of their working day. Now workers can easily record their availability online so our consultants have a real-time view of who’s available and when. This has freed up their time to devote to ensuring we fill the vacancies faster” said Maria Alibhai, Director at WNA.

The new website and app has led to a much more streamlined process for both WNA staff and agency workers alike.

Kenny Ng, the Head of HR, IT & Compliance for the WNA Group, added “We were so impressed with the first website and App from Bespoke, that we asked them to produce two further websites for the WNA Group. We hope to add further changes to both the App and websites in the future”.
