Four Summer signings and a promotion for b4b marketing
We have strengthened our team over the Summer by signing four key players and promoting one to assistant management.
Our two new graduate project managers - Alma Yan and Jed Murray will help with planning and delivering bespoke software projects, mentored by b4b’s experienced team of developers in the UK and Poland.
Matt Lawrence joins b4b as in-house marketing manager. He will focus on promoting the agency itself, working alongside the team of eight marketers supporting clients.
Fourth and most recent signing, Cara Ashford has a long-established career in new business sales and media. She joins b4b to help match up the needs of local businesses in Dorset and Hampshire with the right marketing, digital and brand support.
Joining the assistant management team is Steff Platt who has been promoted to client services manager. Her new role is to oversee b4b’s client marketing team, helping to welcome new clients on board and ensure their growing client list is well looked after. She has worked for b4b since 2016 in various roles covering brand, software and account management.
These new moves bolster b4b’s software development, client services and sales departments.
Since its inception nearly 20 years ago as a sports and promotional clothing business, managing director Anthony Tilley has grown a team of 25 Dorset-based staff and a further 20 based near Katowice in Poland. With more projects in the pipeline, b4b needed further expertise to cope with increased client demand.
