As one of Dorset’s leading digital marketing agencies, we design and manage the websites, marketing and business systems for a large number of clients across Dorset and further afield. To help achieve our goals, we’re looking for a marketing professional to join our team and help manage our own marketing, promotion and business development.

Ideally with either an agency background or experience in a B2B marketing environment, you'll have strength of character and a creative, confident approach. The ideal candidate will be engaging, hardworking, enthusiastic and work well as part of a team.

You will report to the Marketing Director, whilst working alongside other senior managers within our different teams. You will take responsibility for implementing our marketing strategy so will have vision, excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and creative flair to make us stand out from the crowd. Your activity will help raise awareness, build our profile and put us ahead of the competition.


  • Manage and implement a marketing plan, delivering all activity within an agreed budget
  • Working alongside the senior management team to ensure marketing opportunities are maximised across all channels
  • Content creation including award entries, blog posts, articles and press releases
  • Generate infographics, case studies & video testimonials to showcase experience & client work
  • Create and implement our digital content strategy across SEO, PPC and social media
  • Manage the website to ensure that it’s up-to-date at all times
  • Pro-actively manage our social media channels
  • Write content for the website as well as edit and review content already created
  • Take ownership of marketing related projects as required
  • Help to organise events & manage our attendance at networking events


  • Marketing degree or CIM qualification desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience – either agency or in-house b2b role
  • A creative thinker
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Accountable & willingness to take ownership of the marketing function internally
  • Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative, whilst interacting with internal teams and 3rd parties
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Keen interest in keeping up-to-date of developments and trends in marketing
  • Drive & enthusiasm to represent b4b at business networking events
  • Full driving licence
